The prices in this catalog are indicated in Swiss francs, net amounts, VAT included and guaranteed.
Items covered by a warranty are subject to the conditions of the offer valid at the time of purchase. The guarantee takes effect on the date of delivery of the item, justified by the accompanying document (invoice) which we ask you to keep carefully. Not covered: damage due to poor maintenance, failure to follow the instructions for use, or normal wear and tear.

Our delivery commitment is void in the event of failure or non-compliance with supply deadlines on the part of our own suppliers, and to the extent that this unavailability is not attributable to Ateliers Feelingarts.

If a product is unavailable, we will inform you as soon as possible.

Payment terms
Two payment methods to date:

1. Credit/debit cards.

2. Offline payments, as instructed by Patricia Vieira.

Delivery and transportation
Available items (such as original works and other items in the company's physical possession) are sent by post within approximately 5 to 8 days. In the case of products sent by third parties, such as print-on-demand platforms, the shipping time may be different due to their nature of printing or manufacturing on demand. Information is available prior to purchasing an item. Participation on your part is requested only once per order.
PLEASE NOTE: Atelier Feelingarts does not knowingly deliver its packages or any merchandise to minors or customers under guardianship, unless authorized in writing by the parents or guardian.

Return or exchange of goods
The items must be returned intact (in the condition at the time of receipt) and complete in their original packaging (with labels containing their references), accompanied by the delivery slip, within 7 days after receipt of your package. The shipping costs linked to the return are your responsibility, except in the possible proven and obvious case of fault on the part of the sender, which in this particular case will take charge of the customer's return by reimbursement upon receipt of the return of the item. 'article. In the case of an exchange order, the shipping costs of your new order are free.

In the case of an item purchased from a third-party platform, different sites have different partners and shipping policies. For example, not all services ships all over the world. Conditions may also vary, such as shipping times and rates. 

Return policies also differ. Some services offer free returns, while others have stricter policies. In any case, you do not control how returns work.

Legal guarantees
Check the condition of the delivered goods immediately to rule out obvious material and manufacturing defects, as well as transport damage. In accordance with the law, you are obliged to notify us of any defect or anomaly affecting the goods delivered to enable us to remedy them.

All personal data will be considered confidential. The information necessary for managing the order will be subject to computer processing and may be communicated to associated companies as part of the management of the order.

Applicable law and legal forum
The applicable law is Swiss law, and any dispute will be handled by the SION District Court.
